In December I had a chance to take part in winter teachers training session with British Council in Ukraine. That was really a perfect time not only for self reflection but for discoveries as well.
My first discovery is that aims and objectives have different meanings in planning the lesson. The second is that a teacher only creates the opportunities. It's up to a learner to use them or not. The next discovery is the importance of Reflectiion on, in and for Action.
Actually, this is not the end of the winter session but the beginning of my new life path. Ukrainian School is waiting for changes!
